Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support in a school setting located in Kent, WA. This full-time, contract position for the 2026-2027 school year offers the opportunity to work directly with K-12 students in a dynamic academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language services to students across Kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Administer assessments, track progress, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.

Qualifications:

  • Current Washington State SLP License.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required.
  • Successful completion of fingerprinting through OSPI.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of K-12 students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Position Details:

  • Location: Kent, WA.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work setting: In-person only.
