This on-site, local role is ideal for an SLPA who thrives on helping children improve their communication skills in a supportive, team-oriented school environment.

Starting at $30+ per hour, based on experience and certification

What You’ll Do
-
Assist licensed SLPs in providing therapy services to K–12 students
-
Implement portions of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under supervision
-
Collect data and track student progress
-
Support classroom teachers in implementing communication strategies

Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate documentation
-
Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student success
What You’ll Need
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
-
Active or pending Washington SLPA license
-
Prior school-based experience preferred
-
Strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills
