Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite-only position in Tacoma, WA. This role will run ASAP through June 16, 2026 and requires 37.5 hours per week. The selected candidate will support the Support Center, which includes Life Skills programs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in Life Skills programs

Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and state/federal regulations
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide case management as assigned
Qualifications
-
Active Washington SLP license required
-
Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
-
Previous experience with Life Skills programs preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills
-
School-based experience strongly preferred
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $55 to $65 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
