This full-time, onsite role offers a chance to make a deep impact across two campuses—one elementary school (serving two Life Skills classrooms) and one high school.

Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours/week | Onsite only
Contract Dates: August 26, 2025 – June 16, 2026
Certification Requirements:
Valid Washington SLP licensure
Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide direct speech-language therapy and consultation services to students across grade levels
Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s communication goals
Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations
Support students in general education and Life Skills classrooms with functional communication strategies
Partner with educators, families, and related service providers to promote student growth and inclusion
Monitor and document progress to ensure meaningful, measurable outcomes
What You Bring
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State (required)
OSPI fingerprint clearance (required)
Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with students in specialized programs
A team mindset, strong communication skills, and a heart for student success
Passion for helping students express themselves and thrive socially and academically
