We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in delivering high-quality teletherapy services to students. In this remote, school-based position, the SLP will play a vital role in supporting students’ development of essential communication skills that contribute to their academic progress and social well-being. This opportunity offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful and lasting impact on students’ educational experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
- Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid SLP license in WA (or willingness to obtain licensure).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
