Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary caseload of approximately 35 students, focusing on assessments, goal planning, and therapy
- Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services aligned with student IEPs and education plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Work closely with teachers, families, and administration to support a collaborative learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each child in your caseload
