Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Swansea, IL. This onsite position provides the opportunity to deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students ranging from Early Childhood through 8th grade.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy and intervention services

Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student services and progress

Manage a caseload of up to 60 students
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Illinois SLP License
-
Professional Educator License (PEL) required
-
Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
