ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive high school team in Sunnyvale, California. This is a full-time position for the 2025–2026 academic year, providing direct and indirect services to students requiring speech and language support.

Compensation: Highly competitive hourly rate (W2), based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide speech and language therapy services to high school students with varying levels of need
-
Conduct formal and informal assessments, and help determine eligibility for services
-
Write and implement effective, measurable goals as part of IEP development
-
Collaborate with classroom teachers, school psychologists, and other support staff
-
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, evaluations, and team conferences
-
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district documentation requirements
-
Provide both pull-out and push-in services, depending on student needs
Candidate Requirements:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Active California SLP license (or pending licensure)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

School-based experience is highly valued but not required

Strong organizational and communication skills
