Description:
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and work with a diverse group of students in Campbell, CA. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to provide speech and language services that make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills, supporting their educational development and social success.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans based on students' needs
-
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments
-
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
-
Assist in developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
-
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions
-
Recommend and support use of AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) as needed
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Must pass background checks as required by the school district
