A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide onsite services in a K-12 school setting, starting January 12th. This contract position serves a caseload of 10 students ranging from preschool through 8th grade. The role involves working at one location in Camden, SC, with some clients requiring speech-only therapy. The expected weekly commitment is 8-10 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success strategies

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), holding a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • Experience working in school settings, especially with K-12 students
  • Completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY) or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in teletherapy techniques and healthcare-related speech pathology is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Location:

  • Camden, SC (Onsite at one school location)

Work Schedule:

  • Approximately 8-10 hours per week
  • Contract term for the current school year (CSY)
