Pay Range: $45–$55/hour (DOE)
Overview
ProCare Therapy is actively hiring a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school district near Sumner, WA. This full-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while working within a collaborative team of educators and therapists.
You’ll provide assessment, therapy, and communication support for students with mild to moderate needs — helping them reach personal and academic goals in a positive, inclusive environment.
Your Role

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services per IEPs

Track and report student progress with accurate documentation

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for effective strategies

Contribute to a supportive, student-centered school culture
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active or pending Washington State SLP license
-
ASHA CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply

Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Compassion for working with diverse student populations
