- Adaptability to work between 2-3 different schools while being centrally housed
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to K-12 students across multiple schools
- Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Supervise and mentor an assigned SLPA as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with educational and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a student-centered support team
- Utilize a workload-driven approach for balanced support and intervention
