School Speech Language Pathologist - Stuart, Florida

We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-8 learners across multiple campuses, with flexible part-time and full-time arrangements available. Your impact as an SLP will help students develop essential communication skills, collaborating with dedicated school teams or working independently, depending on the location. The settings include:
- Tradition Lakes (Port St. Lucie): 4th-8th grade, part-time, 2-3 days/week, working alongside another SLP.
- Manatee K-8 (Port St. Lucie): K-8th, part-time, 2-3 days/week, joining a supportive SLP team.
- C.A. Moore K-8 (Fort Pierce): PK-8th (resource therapy), part-time, 2 days/week, only SLP onsite—ideal for independent professionals.
- White City Elementary (Fort Pierce): K-5th, part-time, 2-3 days/week, small school environment, no Pre-K, no self-contained classrooms.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP license is required.
- Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working across age groups (PK-8th).
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to collaborate with educators and families or work well independently.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain documentation in compliance with district standards.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families.
- Support students’ progress through direct and consultative services.
This role offers flexible scheduling (14-21 hours/week for part-time; 35 hours/week for full-time). Credentialing is expedited for candidates already in the AHCA clearinghouse. Must complete district fingerprinting and on-site badge pickup.
