This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite support within a dynamic school setting. The role primarily serves an elementary caseload with an additional group of 10 high school students, allowing for diverse clinical experience across different age groups.

Start Date: January 5, 2026
End Date: April 2026
Work Schedule: 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, totaling 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students predominantly in elementary grades, with services extended to high school students.
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with educators to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student performance.
- Participate in meetings with educational staff and families as needed to support student goals and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia SLP License required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred.
- Experience working within school settings is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel.
