Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week — aligns with school site calendar and hours
Setting: Onsite, school-based
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive educational team in Stanwood, WA. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech and language services to K–12 students, including evaluation, therapy, collaboration, and participation in IEP development.
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in accordance with IEPs

Complete evaluations and re-evaluations to determine service eligibility

Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and intervention plans

Maintain accurate documentation including progress reports and therapy notes

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Participate in IEP meetings and provide case management as needed
-
Contribute actively to school-based problem-solving and student support teams
Qualifications:

Active Washington State SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus

Familiarity with IDEA, IEP processes, and evidence-based practices

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
