Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in a dynamic K-12 educational environment located in Stafford, VA, supporting students from elementary through middle school. This full-time contract position, with potential part-time consideration (minimum 20 hours per week), offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to a caseload typically around 50 students, with no more than 55.
  • Work onsite exclusively at up to two assigned schools, ensuring personalized attention and consistency.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to create effective communication plans and support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in relevant meetings and training.
  • Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows when applicable.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Virginia State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) are eligible with supervision provided.
  • Willingness to work onsite with no remote or hybrid options.
  • Prior school experience is a plus but not mandatory; candidates new to school settings will be considered.
  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) candidates are encouraged to apply and submit resumes for consideration.
