About the Role:
We’re seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to work virtually with K-12 students in Springfield, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to support communication development while enjoying the flexibility and stability of a fully remote school-based assignment.
What You’ll Do:

Provide virtual speech and language therapy to a diverse student caseload

Conduct assessments and contribute to evaluations

Develop and manage IEP goals and therapy plans
-
Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

Participate in virtual IEP and parent meetings

Maintain accurate documentation aligned with Ohio standards
What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Ohio SLP license
-
ASHA CCC-SLP
-
School-based experience preferred; tele-therapy experience helpful

Comfortable delivering services in a virtual environment
-
Strong communication & technology skills
-
Reliable internet and quiet professional space

Note: Teaching certification may be required depending on district
