Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team near Springdale, OR. This full-time position provides an exciting opportunity to help students improve their communication skills, succeed academically, and thrive in their social interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' goals

Work with students on articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication

Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success

Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and planning
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
