Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time, In-Person – Spring Hill, AL
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, in-person position in Spring Hill, Alabama. In this role, you will provide direct speech and language services to students, helping support their communication development, academic progress, and overall engagement in the school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in school-based or pediatric environments and a strong commitment to student growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with Alabama state licensure requirements and district guidelines

Support individualized education program (IEP) goals through targeted and evidence-based treatment plans

Conduct individual and group sessions to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to promote consistent communication support across settings

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development

Offer recommendations and strategies to enhance communication skill carryover at school and at home
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Alabama SLP license
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
