We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team in Spokane, WA, as a Part-Time Education Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact with a manageable caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct services and support to a caseload of approximately 22 students

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure individualized student success

  • Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate plans, documentation, and progress reports

  • Maintain compliance with state and district regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate certification/licensure for the position (e.g., WA state credentials)

  • Experience working with diverse student populations

  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for documentation and communication

  • Must be able to work two consistent days per week

  • On-site availability preferred; virtual candidates will be considered based on qualifications and experience
