School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic elementary school team in Spartanburg, SC. This role offers the unique flexibility to work a schedule that fits your life—whether you're seeking full-time or part-time hours. You'll be responsible for providing direct services, evaluations, and IEP management for a elementary school caseload, helping students achieve their communication and academic goals.

Caseload: Elementary
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech-language assessments.

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) with clear, measurable goals.

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual, small-group, and classroom settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation (evaluation reports, progress notes, Medicaid billing).
Qualifications:

Active South Carolina SLP License.

Active South Carolina Educator Certification.

Experience in a school setting is preferred.
Schedule Flexibility:

The district is seeking a full-time SLP but remains open to part-time arrangements for a highly qualified candidate.
