This contract role is based in Olympia, WA, running from April 20, 2026, through June 16, 2026, with a 30-hour workweek spread across 4 days. Manage a caseload of approximately 12 students, delivering tailored therapy designed to support their communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, and communication skill development.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards.
  • Monitor and report on student outcomes throughout the contract period.

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State SLP license required.
  • Eligible for Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, K through 8th grade.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students and school staff.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and maintain detailed records.
