Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Spanaway, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Only
Caseload: Kindergarten – 12th Grade
Service Model: Onsite
Position Overview:
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed in Spanaway, WA to serve a K–12 caseload. This onsite-only role includes delivering direct therapy, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with staff to support student communication needs across multiple grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy in alignment with IEP goals

Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility determinations

Develop and implement IEPs and progress monitoring

Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other service providers

Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Washington State SLP license and ESA certification (or eligibility)

Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills
-
Experience with K–12 populations preferred
