Full-Time SLP Position - Early Learning Center
Location: South River, NJ
Hours: 8:15 am - 3:15 pm, Monday - Friday
Setting: Early Learning Center, Preschool Students
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Early Learning Center team. This role is focused on supporting preschool-aged children in developing essential communication skills, providing both individual and group therapy in an engaging and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, diagnose communication and speech disorders, and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support each child’s progress and needs
- Document progress, update IEPs as needed, and attend team meetings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in New Jersey
- Experience with early childhood or preschool populations preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
