Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Elementary | Algonquin, IL | 20252026 School Year
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive Algonquin school district to hire a full-time, onsite Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This role provides the opportunity to help elementary students strengthen their speech, language, and communication skills in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for elementary students
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide individual and small group therapy sessions
-
Address a variety of communication challenges including articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, and social communication
-
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student growth
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Illinois SLP license required
-
CFYs welcome – supervision provided
-
Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
