Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position: Full-Time, Onsite
Dates: ASAP – June 20, 2026
Hours: 32.5–37.5 hours per week
Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring full-time Speech Language Pathologists to support a school district in Massachusetts. In this role, the SLP will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with the special education team to support student success. This position offers the opportunity to work with elementary-aged students in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts SLP license (required)
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Comfortable supporting students with a range of needs, including SLD, ADH, Emotional, and developmental delays
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students (K–5)

Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the special education team to support student goals

Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress

Implement evidence-based strategies tailored to individual student needs
