Job Requirements
• Active New Jersey Speech Language Specialist Certification or SLP License issued by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) eligibility
• Ability to meet school credentialing requirements for New Jersey Department of Education
Job Duties
• Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct services to students in individual and group settings
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and collaborate with special education staff and families
• Utilize assistive communication tools and evidence-based intervention strategies
