Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Fairfield, CA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathology role is available for a dedicated professional to support K-12 students across multiple sites in Sonoma and Marin counties. This position offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive speech and language services while actively managing student caseloads and performing case management duties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students from Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Manage a caseload of approximately 24-28 students across multiple school sites
- Collaborate with educators and families to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and address student needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver intervention services tailored to each student's goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and case management activities in compliance with district policies
Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working within school settings, preferably in pediatrics or K-12 education
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively and communicate well with diverse stakeholders
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred but not required
Location: Multiple school sites throughout Sonoma and Marin counties, California
This contract position is intended for the current school year, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students’ educational and communication development across two counties.
