SLP in Tubac, AZ
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available to provide services across two school sites within a K-12 setting located in Tubac, AZ. This contract role spans the current school year and offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive speech-language support to approximately 80 students, fostering their communication development and academic success.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy to address a variety of speech and language disorders. Collaboration with educators and other school staff is essential to promote student progress. The caseload is divided between two sites, with one site serving 12 students and the other serving the remainder. Support is provided by a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) two days per week, allowing for an efficient and productive workload.
Ideal candidates will possess one or more of the following qualifications: certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with Communication Sciences and Disorders credentials (CCC) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) phase. Experience working in educational settings across K-12 grade levels and strong caseload management skills are highly valued.
