What you’ll need:
- Active SLP – CCC credential and Arizona SLP License
- Arizona Educator Certificate in good standing
- IVP Fingerprint Card (must be obtained prior to start)
- Demonstrated success in school-based SLP roles, ideally with PreK-8th caseloads
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with educators, families, and students
- Flexibility and adaptability working within a multidisciplinary school team
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for PreK-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP and federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote communication development
- Provide both direct therapy and consultation services as student needs dictate
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment within the school community
