A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-8 educational setting in Somerton, AZ. This contract position begins on August 4, 2025, and concludes on May 27, 2026, supporting student communication development and language skills throughout the academic year.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Arizona Education Certification specific to SLP
- Completion of IVP fingerprint clearance
- Credentials including SLP – School, SLP – CFY, or SLP – CCC preferred
- Experience working within K-8 school caseloads is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to students with diverse communication needs
- Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
