Number of School Sites: 2 (Elementary & High School, located about a block apart)
Caseload Size: 45–55 students
Caseload Age Range: Elementary through High School (Grades K–12)
Position Overview:
Join our warm, small-town school community in Soledad, CA as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a split caseload at both the elementary and high school campuses, which are conveniently located just a block apart. You will provide direct speech and language services, assessments, and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services across elementary and high school levels

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and write detailed reports

Develop and implement effective IEP goals tailored to students’ needs

Monitor and document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state regulations

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support students’ academic and social success

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Manage caseload efficiently across two nearby school sites
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (required)

California PPS Credential or eligibility preferred

Experience working with a broad age range (elementary through high school) preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Ability to manage a split caseload and travel between sites
