Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our educational team in Soledad, CA. This is a full-time, in-person position serving a split caseload between an elementary school and a high school, conveniently located just one block apart.
Key Details:

Caseload: 45–55 students (SLP-managed caseload)

Population: Elementary and high school students

Setting: School-based, onsite

Team Environment: Supportive, collaborative staff across both sites
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services aligned with students’ IEP goals

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families

Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop treatment plans (SLP)

Implement therapy sessions and support documentation under SLP supervision (SLPA)

Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided

Participate in IEP meetings and school site activities as needed
Qualifications:

Valid California license as an SLP or SLPA

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work across age groups

Must be able to work onsite in Soledad, CA

Competitive salary (commensurate with experience and licensure level)
