ProCare Therapy is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join school districts throughout Alaska for the 2025–2026 school year. This opportunity is perfect for OTs who are passionate about supporting students in developing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills that promote academic, social, and daily living success.
Position Highlights

Start Date: August 2025

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week

Setting: Onsite in public and charter schools

Student Population: PreK–12, assignments based on license and experience

Employment Type: W2 contract through ProCare Therapy
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct functional and sensory evaluations to determine students’ therapy needs
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines
-
Support development of fine motor, self-care, sensory, and adaptive skills
-
Maintain compliance with Alaska Department of Education and federal IDEA regulations
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Active Alaska OT license
-
NBCOT certification
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
