Speech Language Pathologist in Hixson, TN
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the spring semester, starting mid-January through late May, serving elementary school students in the Chattanooga area. This contract role offers the opportunity to work onsite within multiple elementary schools, with assignments varying between one to three campuses based on caseload.
Responsibilities include providing speech therapy services, conducting evaluations, participating in meetings, and collaborating with educators and families to support student communication development. Candidates must hold an active Tennessee SLP license, Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), and Tennessee Department of Education certification.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee SLP license and DOE certification
- Speech-Language Pathology CCC required
- Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred
- Ability to manage caseload across multiple campuses
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Availability for full-time hours (35-37.5 per week)

- Elementary schools in the Chattanooga area, TN
- Positions are fully onsite; remote or hybrid options are not available
