Speech Language Pathologist in Kennesaw, GA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GA PSC) license (new requirement)
- State of Georgia SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Ability to provide fingerprints and pass a drug screening
- SLPAs not accepted for this role
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and parents to support diverse communication needs
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress records
- Participate actively in eligibility and IEP meetings as required
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality and ethical standards in the school setting
