This opportunity is for a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position in Wyoming, Delaware, providing essential therapy and support services within a school setting. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive speech therapy, conducting evaluations, and contributing to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services tailored to student needs
- Conduct detailed speech and language evaluations
- Write and maintain accurate IEP documents
- Participate actively in team meetings and parent conferences
- Collect and analyze progress monitoring data
- Document therapy sessions and outcomes thoroughly
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Delaware licensure and certification as an SLP are required
- Experience working in a school-based environment
- Proven ability to conduct evaluations and write IEPs effectively
- Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads and related documentation
- Reliable transportation to fulfill on-site responsibilities
- Currently available to work Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
