Sunbelt Staffing, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services to a school district. Job Details:
- Full time
- K-12th grade
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Current Delaware SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
