About the Role: Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about empowering young learners? What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for elementary students needing speech and language support.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that truly meet individual student needs.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support and enhance student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
Who We're Looking For:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) is required.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, with a preference for school-based experience.
- Familiarity with various disability levels and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- An active or pending Delaware SLP licensure.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
