Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time role with partner school districts in the Silverdale, WA area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate professional who is committed to helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success.
Position Requirements:

Valid Washington State SLP License issued by the Washington State Department of Health
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates will also be considered
-
Authorization to work in the United States
-
Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by Washington state regulations
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify students' needs
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in a school-based setting
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to promote student success
-
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert insight into communication strategies and goals
