Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- School-based SLP experience highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site for the entire contract duration
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP/504 requirements
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers and family members to maximize student outcomes
- Deliver direct interventions in elementary or middle school settings, with the possibility of a split high school assignment for interested candidates
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
