Open Role! Virtual Speech Language Pathologist in MD for 25-26 School Year

This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of students who rely on your expertise and support.
Position Overview:
As a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work with a diverse caseload of students with a variety of communication needs. You will deliver therapy sessions, conduct assessments, collaborate with educators and families, and help students reach their communication goals—all through a secure teletherapy platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K–12 students across Maryland

Perform evaluations and assessments in compliance with state and district guidelines
-
Attend IEP meetings, contribute to goal planning, and provide documentation and progress reports

Maintain accurate records of student performance and therapy sessions

Communicate consistently with school teams and families to ensure effective support

Integrate digital tools to enhance therapy engagement and learning outcomes
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Maryland SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
-
Minimum of two years of recent experience in a school-based setting (teletherapy experience is a plus)

Proficient with digital communication platforms and comfortable delivering therapy virtually

Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to student success

Reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection
