Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Siloam Springs, AR

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Arkansas SLP license issued by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
-
Arkansas Department of Education certification for school-based SLPs
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred but not required
-
Successful completion of background check and fingerprinting as required by the district
-
Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Provide speech and language therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility and therapy needs
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure student success
-
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the development of speech and language goals
