A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a CCC certification is needed for the 2025–2026 school year in Shorewood, IL. This role supports a diverse K-12 student population including elementary, middle, high school, and transitional students. The position offers an opportunity to work across one or two school sites based on your preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services within a school environment
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and actively participate in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) license
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy in educational or healthcare settings preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with students across a broad age range, including transitional-aged youth
  • Familiarity with school-based therapy protocols and IEP processes
  • Illinois fingerprinting clearance may be required

Position Details:

  • Location: Shorewood, Illinois
  • Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35–37.5 hours per week
  • Contract duration: Full 2025–2026 school year
  • Assignments: One to two school sites, serving K-12 students
