Are you a licensed SLP with a passion for early childhood development? ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dedicated early intervention team in Sheridan, Wyoming. This position is focused on supporting children from birth to 5 years old within a school-based setting, and it is available for an immediate start.

Position Summary:
In this role, you’ll provide direct speech and language services to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The work is hands-on, meaningful, and designed to address the full scope of developmental communication needs. You’ll partner closely with families, teachers, and early childhood professionals to create personalized support plans that foster growth, independence, and readiness for kindergarten.
Key Duties:

Deliver speech-language therapy services in individual and small group settings

Conduct developmental screenings, evaluations, and assessments

Create and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)

Maintain clear, timely documentation in line with district and state regulations

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OT/PT, school psychologists, and family support staff

Offer parent education and guidance to support carryover of strategies at home

Attend staff meetings, IEP meetings, and professional training sessions as needed
Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Wyoming SLP license (or ability to obtain promptly) – This is a firm requirement

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; highly qualified CFs may be considered

Experience working with early childhood populations is highly desirable

Must be available to interview and begin as soon as possible
