Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Shakopee, MN
Pay Rate: $48–$58 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Minnesota Department of Health
-
Current certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA – CCC-SLP)
-
Licensure or certification through the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) to work in schools (or eligibility to obtain)
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address identified needs
-
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success

Track student progress, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with state and district regulations
-
Support inclusive practices and foster positive student outcomes
