Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for 2025-2026!
Are you a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) looking to make a significant impact on students' lives? We're seeking a dedicated SLPA to join our team in Eagle Point, OR, for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time opportunity with guaranteed hours and weekly direct deposits.
What You'll Do:
As an SLPA, you'll work collaboratively with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support the communication needs of school-aged children. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering Therapy: Provide individualized and group therapy services to students, implementing tailored treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication goals.

Assessing Progress: Assist in conducting assessments, monitoring student progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective support.

Collaborating for Success: Partner with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a comprehensive support system for students. You'll also contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Maintaining Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
What We're Looking For:

A valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license is required.

A Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with students, families, and staff.

The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred.
