Blazer Jobs is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K–12 students in school districts across Delaware for the 2025–2026 academic year. Whether you're working with students in Wilmington, Dover, Rehoboth Beach, or in Delaware's smaller towns and rural communities, your contributions will make a significant impact on students' educational and personal growth.

Position Details:

Location: K–12 public schools across Delaware
-
Schedule: Flexible part-time and full-time roles available
-
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly

Employment Type: W-2 contract for the full academic year (renewable)
Requirements:

Active or pending Delaware SLP license
-
Preferred: Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy

Must meet all district onboarding and background clearance requirements

Responsibilities:
As a school-based SLP, you will assess students, design personalized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs, and deliver both direct and consultative services. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams to help each student achieve their communication goals.
