A Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a K-12 educational setting located in Sebring, FL. This contract role covers the current school year (CSY) and provides an opportunity to work directly with students across all grade levels. The ideal candidate will hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and have experience or skills specific to school-based speech therapy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working in K-12 school environments
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in school-aged children

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress
