Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Sebring, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Start Date: ASAP – 5/27/2026
Caseload: K–12 students across 2–3 school sites
Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time SLP to provide speech and language services in Sebring, FL. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse student population across multiple school sites.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
-
Complete documentation, progress reports, and evaluations
Qualifications:

Active Florida SLP license
-
Experience in school-based settings preferred
-
Comfortable managing caseloads across multiple school sites
-
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
